Hot tub, indoor and outdoor fires, multiple chill areas that all offer something different. Clean and the linen was so comfy! We explored the farm - beautiful dam, walk/run trails and we checked out the new SOL cabin which is beautiful and camping site with every single little nook and corner being so thoughtfully planned for the guests needs. Not just your normal campsite!Posted on Natalie WokerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A wonderful experience at Stonehouse, kid friendly (although there is an open pool) but lots of space to play and entertain. Divine outside entertainment area, multiple places to eat meals. Good, clean, farm air and we will definitely be coming again.Posted on Orkney MonyelaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We enjoyed our stay in the Wood cabin this weekend. It provided a much needed break from the busy city life. The tall oak trees towering the cabin stood tall like guards, singing birds in the quiet morning, moonlight in the still of the night, magical flowing stream, the absolute privacy are unparalleled. We will certainly come back!Posted on Caitlin HansloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The wood cabin was well insulated to the cold and the fireplace made it extra cosy. It’s situated inside a forest so no view but must be lovely in summer. Expect a noisy night if it’s windy as branches and acorns fell on the roof but with no wind you can hear the stream trickling along. Wood fire hot tub in a forest with a full moon shining through the branches was amazing. Cabin floors are noisy when walking on. No microwave. 7-10 minute walk up a hill to stone cabin and campsite. Low clearance cars can just about make it up the hill.Posted on Leandra De VilliersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a gem!! Will recommend this beautiful piece of heaven to everyone. We had a weekend stay and wish we could stay longer. The wood cabin is comfortable, luxuriously designed with everything you need for a break from the city. Will definitely be back to try the stone cabin next time.Posted on Roy van LitsenborghTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great weekend away.
